Exhibit with us at one of our Simply rallies to showcase your products to an audience of motoring enthusiasts!


Can I turn up and pay on the day?

No, all trade must be booked in advance by completing and returning the relevant booking form with payment by 2pm the Friday before the event. Confirmation must also be received from the events team to confirm you are booked in and your passes have been sent to you.


I haven’t received my wristbands and vehicle passes?

Please email us at events@beaulieu.co.uk or call 01590 614614 if you have not received your passes by the Friday before the event. Replacement passes can then be left at the gate to be collected on arrival.


Can I buy an extra ticket for an additional person that now wishes to join me?

Yes, if you need any additional wristbands or vehicle passes these can be added to your booking. Please call 01590 614614 to purchase any additional passes you need to your trade booking.


Where will my stand be located?

Trade stands at Simply events are located on grass alongside the arena. Additional stand spaces on the opposite field are also used on larger Simply’s when a higher volume of trade bookings are received. Stand location cannot be guaranteed as this depends on other traders booked in and the space available.


Where will I be parked?

Stand spaces are 4m frontage by 5m depth. All items, including gazebos and vehicles, must fit within your stand space. Multiple stands can be purchased to create a larger stand space if needed.

Parking is available a short distance from the stand space for any vehicles/trailers that do not fit within the space. Stand spaces are adjacent to stallholders with a 1m gap between stalls, as such, please ensure you are able to drive into the space if the vehicle is to remain on site as we cannot guarantee your exact stand position. Alternatively, if the vehicle is of the relevant marque to the Simply event, you are welcome to park it in front of your stand space to display.


Can I bring a gazebo?

Yes, you are welcome to bring a gazebo and anything else needed for your stand space. Stand spaces are 4m frontage by 5m depth. All items, including gazebos and vehicles, must fit within your stand space. Multiple stands can be purchased to create a larger stand space if needed.


Can I bring my dog?

Although dogs are very welcome at Beaulieu within the grounds and gardens, we would like to make you aware that Simply events involve vehicle moment of arrivals and departures throughout the day. Please note, at Simply Japanese, Ford and BMW there are loud noises such as for the Sound-Off taking place at 2.30pm on the arena.

Dogs must always be kept under control and on a lead.


Is there electricity available?

No, unfortunately there is no power available to any stand spaces at the event. Silent running generators only are permitted.


Is there trader Wi-Fi available?

No, unfortunately there is no trader Wi-Fi available. Network coverage can also be limited on site. The best available network coverage is provided by Vodafone or O2.

Can I distribute leaflets around the event?

No, any advertising must be contained within your stand space.


What time can I arrive?

The event closes at 5pm so we encourage traders to stay for the duration of the event for all visitors and participants in attendance.


Will trade spaces sell out?

Trade spaces for our Simply events usually have capacity. Please check the relevant Simply page to see if spaces have sold out. Alternatively, please email events@beaulieu.co.uk or call 01590 614614 to discuss availability.


Can I trade as a catering unit?

No, we are in a catering contract for all our events with Premier Food Courts. If you would like to trade as a catering unit at the event, please contact Premier Food Courts directly.

The sale of alcohol/food for consumption off site is permitted. Please contact the events team by email events@beaulieu.co.uk if you would like further information.


What happens if I can no longer attend the Simply event?

To receive a part refund, Exhibitors must notify the Events Office on 01590 614614 as soon as possible if they wish to cancel. Provided the stand space(s) can be re-let and provided all passes/tickets have been returned, refunds will be made as follows; 30 days + in advance of the event—10% administration fee deducted, less than 30 days but more than 7 days in advance—30% administration fee deducted, less than 7 days—No refund will be given.

Will the event still go ahead in bad weather?

Yes, unless stated otherwise on the website, all Simply events will take place in all weather conditions. Please see the relevant Simply page for the latest updates. In the unforeseen circumstance where the Simply is cancelled, we will contact all traders booked in to attend.


Will I have access to the Beaulieu attraction?

Yes, your Simply ticket includes entry to the Beaulieu attraction.
