Volvo Surrey, Sussex and Hampshire invite all Swedish vehicle owners and enthusiasts to join them for their annual Swedish Takeover at Beaulieu on Saturday 5th July 2025.
Volvo Surrey, Sussex and Hampshire are back for a 5th year at Beaulieu. All Swedish vehicles are welcome, both old and new.

VEHICLE ENTRY
Entry with your Swedish vehicle is from 10am – 2pm. Please make sure you have your ticket printed, ready to be scanned on arrival.
Please do not arrive early, as no facilities will be open prior to 10am.
The Brabazon Restaurant will be open from 10am for bacon rolls, cakes, teas and coffee.
Vehicles cannot leave and re-enter the grounds for the rally without a further fee being paid to cover the occupants.
COMING WITH FRIENDS
If you wish to park up alongside your friends, you must all arrive together with individual e-tickets as we are unable to reserve adjacent spaces for later arrivals.
Only 1 e-ticket is produced per order. If you are being joined by friends in separate vehicles, please ensure you make separate orders.
Bring the club!
New for this year, Volvo Surrey, Sussex and Hampshire will be accepting club bookings. If you wish to reserve an area for your club to park together within the event then please get in touch with the club here.
Just visiting?
Beaulieu visitors are welcome to see the Swedish Takeover display as part of their general admission ticket.
TICKETS & PRICES
Participant prices are only valid if arriving in a Swedish vehicle and taking part in the event. They are not valid for those arriving on foot.
Standard admission fee applies for all other visitors. The best time to view the event is between 11am and 2pm.
Children under 5 require a ticket, this can be booked online free of charge.

Participant and visitor tickets will include entrance to the rest of the Beaulieu attraction, including the National Motor Museum, Palace House, Little Beaulieu, Beaulieu Abbey and its grounds and gardens.
Complimentary carer tickets are available for participants if required, please complete your order online for your participant tickets and email us on events@beaulieu.co.uk with your booking reference and we can add a carer onto your booking for you. Proof of eligibility is required in conjunction with all carer tickets, such as Compass Cards, PIP Letters or Blue Badges. Please note, there’s is no further discount for concessionary tickets as participant tickets are already discounted from our general admission tickets.
DRIVING IN THE NEW FOREST
We are very lucky to be located in the heart of the New Forest however this does offer up some unique hazards on the roads.
Please drive carefully and responsibly when attending our events and be aware of free-roaming animals and cyclists on the roads. Due to the close proximity of our neighbours, please be respectful when entering and leaving the event.

Your admission ticket includes entry to all the Beaulieu attractions, including The National Motor Museum, Little Beaulieu, Palace House, Beaulieu Abbey and more.
