FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS – visitors
What time does the event open to visitors?
Automart & Dealermart complex areas open at 8.30am along with the Museum and Brabazon. Autojumble fields open 9.30am to 5pm on Saturday and 9am to 4.30pm on Sunday. Land Rover Rummage is open from 9am but closes at 3.30pm.
Can I use my Gift Aid pass?
Yes – though an upgrade is required for access to the event, payable on entry.
Is the Autojumble open on the Friday?
No, the event is only open to the public on the Saturday and Sunday. Access on Friday is for Exhibitors only.
Is there camping for visitors?
We are unable to offer camping for visitors. Please visit Camping in The Forest for information on local campsites. www.campingintheforest.co.uk/england/new-forest
Cash Machines
There are cash machines within the event located by the new Information Point. Charges apply for withdrawals. There is no bureau de change at Spring Autojumble. Please be mindful of pickpockets operating around the event and be careful where you carry money on your person.
Do you have a delivery service to the car parks for items bought at Spring Autojumble?
Yes, this is available for £1.50 per delivery tag. There is however, a limit to the weight of any item that we will be able to allow onto the delivery service. This will be down to the delivery service workers discretion. If your item is too heavy to use the delivery service, you are able on Saturday or Sunday afternoon after the show has closed, to bring a vehicle into the showground and collect the item from the stallholder. Until this point, the item must remain with the stall holder that it was purchased from. A pass must be collected from the delivery service tent in order to enter the site after 5.30pm Saturday and 5pm Sunday. The delivery service only drops off to the designated collection points and will not stop en-route – the collection points are the coach car park (hard standing) or Hides Field (grassed car parking area). Visitors can then drive up to the collections points to collect theirs good(s).
Do you have a left parts service?
Yes, for £1.50 visitors can leave items they have purchased in the Delivery service tent to collect at a later stage. Items must be collected prior to delivery service closing and items are left at their own risk.
Will there be a bus service to the car parks?
Yes, this is a free service which runs between Visitor Reception and the grass car parks in Hides Field.
Is the event accessible to people in wheelchairs?
The majority of the event is held in the Beaulieu Parkland which are staged on grass. We try to ensure as many areas as possible are accessible from gravel or the trackways.
Is there disabled parking?
Yes, please follow the signs and show your blue badge to the car park attendants. Please be aware that the disabled car park is outside of the complex. There is no disabled parking in or next to the showgrounds.
Can I look around the National Motor Museum and Palace House for my entrance fee?
Yes, your ticket includes access to all of the normal visitor areas on site.
Are catering facilities available?
Yes, the Brabazon restaurant is open all day and we also provide catering units at two separate locations within our event fields that provide a vast variety of food and drink.
Am I allowed to bring my dog to an event?
Yes, dogs are allowed on site. We encourage our visitors not to leave their animals in their cars while visiting as they can quickly become overwhelmed by the heat. Dogs that are brought on to the grounds must be on a lead at all times and must be cleaned up after. Dogs are not permitted inside any of our indoor venues at any time unless they are registered guide dogs, etc. Should you want to leave your dog somewhere while visiting one of the areas of the attraction, there are tie points under the main entrance to the motor museum with water bowls available too.
Travelling to Beaulieu
The Autojumble is held in Beaulieu, Hampshire, in the south of England between Bournemouth and Southampton. Road: M27 exit 2, follow blue event signs towards Beaulieu. Postcode for Sat Nav - SO42 7ZN, but please use signage when in the vicinity. Rail: The nearest station is Brockenhurst (6.5 miles). Air: The nearest airport is Southampton (20.5 miles).
What are the dates for 2025 International Autojumble?
The International Autojumble dates for 2025 are 6th and 7th September 2025.
What are the dates for 2025 Spring Autojumble?
The Spring Autojumble dates are 17th and 18th May 2025.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS – exhibitors
Can I book a Trunk Trader, Land Rover Rummage or Automart space on the day?
Land Rover Rummage, Automart and Trunk Trader spaces all have a capacity. We advise booking in advance to ensure a space, however if spaces are still available on the day you can arrive and pay at exhibitor enquiries from 7am.
Can I buy extra passes on the day?
Yes, extra passes such as wristbands and car park passes can be purchased at Exhibitors Enquiries on arrival and is open as follows:
Friday: 7am-6pm
Saturday: 7am-12pm
Sunday: 7am-11am
Outside of this time, collections only which can be made with Security.
What time does the event open to exhibitors?
On Friday the gates will open to the Exhibitor’s Car Park from 7:00am and the Showground opens to vehicles from 8:00am until 6:00pm. Access is permitted after this time, but stallholders must have their passes (or be collected pre-purchased passes that are left with MJ security after 6pm on Exhibitors Entrance).
On Saturday the gates will open to the Exhibitor’s Car Park from 7:00am and the Showground will be open from 7.00am until 9:00am, ready to opening to the public at 9.30am. No vehicle access after 9am, only exiting vehicles. The Showground reopens to vehicles after 5:00pm when the show has closed.
On Sunday the gates will open to the Exhibitor’s Car Park from 7:00am and the Showground will open to vehicles from 7:00am until 8:30am. ready to opening to the public at 9.00am. No vehicle access after 8.30am, only exiting vehicles. The Showground reopens to vehicles after 4:30pm when the show has closed.
Automart and Dealermart and Car Club Display vehicles (in the complex) are asked to arrive by 8.30am prior to these areas opening. Entry after this time will be permitted when safe to do so. Automart/Dealermarts will be directed to South Gate for entry here and NOT through the showground after 8.30am.
Can I add an extra stand space on the day?
If stand spaces are available on the day you may pay for additional space(s). When you arrive please go to Exhibitor Enquiries or if already in the showground head to the Information Point where you can see available stand spaces ad pay for any additional ones needed.
Can I book Sunday camping?
Yes, Sunday camping can be booked and paid for at the Information Point. Sunday camping is in the exhibitors’ car park only and we ask you to vacate the showground to here in order for us to commence set-down Monday morning. There are limited facilities available Monday morning and you must vacate the site on Monday morning via North Gate by 10am. Exhibitors Gate will not be open.
What entrance do I use as an exhibitor?
Exhibitors will be able to come in through the Exhibitor’s Entrance (off of the B3054). There is strictly no admittance for anyone wearing an exhibitor wristband via Visitor Reception.
Can I book for Spring Autojumble 2026?
Stallholders can book for the 2026 event at 2025 prices on the event day only. Booking forms can be completed at the information point at the event.
As a 2024 stallholder, when can I apply to move stands?
We advise all exhibitors to book as early as possible for 2025 when bookings are available (normally early January) to avoid disappointment. However, you will not be confirmed on your new stands until after the allocation date, 8th April, for Spring Autojumble. Stand movements are not guaranteed, but the earlier you book the more likely you will get a preferred stand – stand allocations after 8th April are then done based on the order in which people book.
Evening entertainment
Saturday night only in the green field catering area – for exhibitors only.
What facilities are available?
Shower facilities will be provided at both Autojumbles in a new location in the Exhibitors’ Car Park as in 2024.
Can I have an invoice before purchasing my stand?
No, however VAT receipts and paid-invoices can be provided on request.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
To receive a part refund, exhibitors must notify the Events Office on 01590 614614 as soon as possible if they wish to cancel. Provided the stand/Automart space(s) can be re-let and provided all passes/tickets have been returned, refunds will be made as follows:
30 days + in advance of the Friday of the event - 10% cancellation fee deducted.
Less than 30 days but more than 7 days in advance in advance of the Friday of the event- 30% cancellation fee deducted.
Less than 7 days - No refund will be given.
Who should I make cheques payable to?
Cheques should be made payable to ‘Beaulieu Enterprises Limited’.
Only cash or card will be accepted two weeks before the event.
