FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS – visitors
What time does the event open to visitors?
Automart & Dealermart complex areas open at 8.30am along with the National Motor Museum and Brabazon. Autojumble fields open from 9.30am to 5pm on Saturday and 9am to 4.30pm on Sunday. The Beaulieu attraction remains open until 6pm each day.
Can I use my Gift Aid pass?
No – gift aid passes are not valid on this event, nor are they issued. Event tickets must be purchased.
Is the Autojumble open on the Friday?
No, the event is only open to the public on the Saturday and Sunday. Access on Friday is for Exhibitors only.
Bonhams auction details
Entry is by catalogue only via Visitor Reception. Catalogues can be purchased from Visitor Reception on arrival. Details of sale to be confirmed nearer to the event. Friday access is to the auction and attraction only, there is no access to the Autojumble. On Saturday, Autojumble access is included as part of the catalogue entry. Exhibitors can view the Bonhams lots on Saturday morning from 9am until 10am without purchasing a catalogue.
Is there camping for visitors?
We are unable to offer camping for visitors. Please visit Camping in The Forest for information on local campsites. www.campingintheforest.co.uk/england/new-forest
Are there cash machines?
There are cash machines within the event located by the Information Point. Charges apply for withdrawals. They also offer a bureau de change at International Autojumble. Please be mindful of pickpockets operating around the event and be careful where you carry money on your person.
Do you have a delivery service to the car parks for items bought in the Autojumble?
Yes, this is available for £1.50 per delivery tag. There is, however, a limit to the weight of any item that we will be able to allow onto the delivery service. This will be down to the delivery service workers discretion. If your item is too heavy to use the delivery service, you are able on Saturday or Sunday afternoon after the show has closed, to bring a vehicle into the showground and collect the item from the stallholder. Until this point, the item must remain with the stall holder that it was purchased from. A pass must be collected from the delivery service tent in order to enter the site after 5.30pm Saturday and 5pm Sunday.The delivery service only drops off to the designated collection points and will not stop en-route – the collection points are the coach car park (hard standing) or Hides Field (grass car parking area). Visitors can then drive up to the collections points to collect their good(s).
Do you have a left parts service?
Yes – for £1.50 visitors can leave items they have purchased in the delivery service tent to collect at a later stage. Items must be collected prior to delivery service closing and items are left at their own risk.
Will there be a bus service to the car parks?
Yes, this is a free service which runs between Visitor Reception and the grass car parks in Hides Field.
Is the event accessible to wheelchair users?
The majority of the event is held in the Beaulieu Parkland which is grass. We try to ensure as many areas as possible are accessible from gravel or the trackways.
Is there Disabled Parking?
Yes, please follow the signs and show your blue badge to the car park attendants. Please be aware that the disabled car park is outside of the complex. There is no disabled parking in or next to the showgrounds.
Can I look around the National Motor Museum and Palace House for my entrance fee?
Yes, your ticket includes access to all of the normal visitor areas on site.
Are catering facilities available?
Yes, the Brabazon restaurant is open all day and we also provide catering units at two separate locations within our event fields that provide a variety of food and drink.
Am I allowed to bring my dog to an event?
Yes, dogs are allowed on site but must be kept under control. We encourage our visitors not to leave their animals in their cars while visiting as they can quickly become overwhelmed by the heat. Dogs that are brought on to the grounds must be on a lead at all times and must be cleaned up after. Dogs are not permitted inside any of our indoor venues apart from Visitor Reception and the Brabazon Restaurant, at any time unless they are registered guide dogs, etc. Should you want to leave your dog somewhere while visiting one of the areas of the attraction, there are tie points under the main entrance to the motor museum with water bowls available too - please note: dogs are left at the owners' own risk in the Dog Waiting Area. Travelling to Beaulieu
The Autojumble is held in Beaulieu, Hampshire, in the south of England between Bournemouth and Southampton. Road: M27 exit 2, follow the blue event signs towards Beaulieu. Postcode for Sat Nav: SO42 7ZN, but please use signage when in the vicinity. Rail: The nearest station is Brockenhurst (6.5 miles). Air: The nearest airport is Southampton (20.5 miles).
What are the dates for 2025 International Autojumble?
The International Autojumble dates are 6th and 7th September 2025.
What are the dates for 2025 Spring Autojumble?
The Spring Autojumble dates are 17th and 18th May 2025.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS – premium ticket visitors
Which entrance do I use for premium tickets?
Entry for premium ticket holders is via the Palace House/Church Meadow entrance off the B3054 on Palace Lane. Priority parking is available in Church Meadow car park.
Please follow the signs for Premium Ticket Holders Entry on the day to reach this entrance. The South Entrance what3words is //furniture.thorax.comic
Further information and arrival instructions will be emailed to all ticket holders nearer to the event.
What time can I arrive?
Entrance to the priority car parking in Church Meadow is from 8am on Saturday and 7.30am Sunday. Access into the Autojumble is from 1 hour prior to public opening as follows:
Saturday: 8.30am (public opening of 9.30am – please note Automart and attraction areas open from 8.30am to the public).
Sunday: 8am (public opening of 9am – please note Automart and attraction areas open from 8.30am to the public).
Can I bring extra guests with me?
All those entering via the Premium Ticket Entrance must be Premium Ticket Holders (excluding children 0-16) - additional adult Autojumble visitor ticket holders will need to enter through the main visitor reception. Children or Under 5’s will require the relevant event ticket to be shown on arrival alongside Premium Tickets for any adults. There will be no tickets sold on the entrance gate for additional persons.
Where will I have access?
You will have access to the Autojumble and all the Beaulieu attractions (please note on Sunday the attractions open at 8.30am). Please note, there is still exhibitor vehicle movement permitted in the Autojumble fields until 9am on Saturday and 8.30am on Sunday so please take extra care whilst browsing the fields.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS – Visitors with classic car park tickets
Can I attend on both days of the event?
Tickets are for Saturday or Sunday but if you wish to attend with your vehicle on both days then you will need to purchase a ticket for each day. There is no discount for a two-day entrance ticket for the classic car park.
What time can I arrive with my vehicle?
Arrival for the classic car park parking is from 8am. Please note, the attraction and restaurant will open at 8am and the Autojumble from 9am Saturday and 9am Sunday.
Does my vehicle qualify?
The classic car park is for pre-2000 (inclusive of vehicles made in 2000). Vehicle details are required during the booking process. Vehicles can be of any make, model and condition but must be a pre-2000 (*inclusive of 2000) vehicle. Vehicles that arrive on the day and do not meet the entry criteria will be required to park in the main visitor car parks and enter via Visitor Reception, no refunds or partial refunds will be available.
Can I list my vehicle for sale?
The classic car park is for display only, vehicles within this area cannot be listed for sale. We do offer the Automart stand option within the event if you wish to sell your vehicle, please visit the exhibitors page for more information: beaulieu.co.uk/events/international-autojumble/exhibitors/ Any 'for sale' notices will be removed from vehicles.
Which entrance do I use for the classic car park?
Entry with your vehicle is from 8am via the Palace House/Church Meadow entrance off the B3054 on Palace Lane, please use the Beaulieu Abbey postcode SO42 7YG to reach this entrance. The entrance point what3words location is ///furniture.thorax.comic. The road signs for this entrance state 'Premium Ticket Holders Entrance'. You will then be directed to the classic car parking area by stewards. Further information and arrival instructions will be emailed to all ticket holders nearer the event.
Where will my vehicle be parked?
Stewards will direct you to the parking area on arrival. Parking is within the main attraction areas. Please note, all parking is on grass.
Will my vehicle be secure?
Whilst we will have stewards and security around the event, this is not specific to the classic car park area. As such, vehicles are on display at your own risk.
Will I have access to the attraction and the Autojumble?
Yes – your entrance ticket includes entry into the Autojumble and all of the Beaulieu attractions. Please note that the Autojumble access opens at 9.30am on Saturday and 9am on Sunday.
What time can I leave?
The Autojumble closes at 5pm on Saturday and 4.30pm on Sunday and the attraction areas remain open until 6pm. You are welcome to stay until closing but can depart prior to this. Please be mindful of visitors around the site and drive with care. Vehicle movement is not permitted other than for arrival and departure.
Vehicle Information Sheets
A vehicle information sheet will be sent out prior to the event as part of the pre-event information email. We kindly ask that you complete and print this for display within your vehicle for the interest of visitors. Physical copies to complete on the day will also be available from the Automart office.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS – EXHIBITORS
Can I book a Stand Space or Automart space on the day?
Stand spaces and Automart spaces all have a capacity. We advise booking in advance to ensure a space, however if spaces are still available on the day you can arrive and pay at exhibitor enquiries from 7am.
Can I buy extra passes on the day?
Yes, extra passes such as wristbands and car park passes can be purchased at Exhibitors Enquiries on arrival and is open as follows:
Friday: 7am-6pm
Saturday: 7am-12pm
Sunday: 7am-11am
Outside of this time, collections only which can be made with Security.
What time does the event open to exhibitors?
On Friday the Exhibitor gates will open from 7am. New for 2025, exhibitors will also be able to access the showground from this time. Exhibitor Enquiries is open until 6pm for the purchase of additional passes and to make new bookings (if space is available). Access is permitted after this time but stallholders must have their passes, or be collecting pre-purchased passes that are left with MJ security after 6pm on Exhibitors Entrance.
On Saturday the gates will open to the Exhibitors' Car Park from 7am and the Showground will be open from 7am until 9am, ready to opening to the public at 9.30am. No vehicle access after 9am, only exiting vehicles. The Showground reopens to vehicles after 5pm when the show has closed.
On Sunday the gates will open to the Exhibitors' Car Park from 7am and the Showground will open to vehicles from 7am until 8.30am. ready to opening to the public at 9am. No vehicle access after 8.30am, only exiting vehicles. The Showground reopens to vehicles after 4.30pm when the show has closed.
Automart and Dealermart and Car Club Display vehicles (in the complex) are asked to arrive by 8.30am prior to these areas opening. Entry after this time will be permitted when safe to do so. Automart/Dealermart Participants will be directed to South Gate for entry and NOT through the showground after 8.30am.
Can I add extra stand space on the day?
If stand spaces are available on the day you may pay for additional space(s). When you arrive, please go to Exhibitor Enquiries or if already in the showground head to the Information Point where you can see available stand spaces and pay for any additional ones needed.
Can I book Sunday camping?
Yes, Sunday camping can be booked and paid for either in advance or at the Information Point during the event (if space permits). Please note, capacity limits are in place. New for 2025, Sunday camping is now available on your stand space. There are limited facilities available on the Monday morning, and you must vacate the site on Monday morning via North Gate by 10am. Exhibitors Gate will not be open.
Will there be a bus to the overflow carpark?
No, as in 2024, there is no overflow exhibitors’ car park in operation for 2025 and all exhibitors must park within the Exhibitors’ Car Park where a pass is required. This is due to falling demand for its use and rising costs of providing this facility (shuttle bus, hire of field, staffing, toilets).
What entrance do I use as an exhibitor?
Exhibitors will be able to come in through the Exhibitors' Entrance (off of the B3054). There is strictly no admittance for anyone wearing an exhibitor wristband via Visitor Reception.
Can I book for International Autojumble 2026?
Stallholders can book for the 2026 event at 2025 prices on the event day only. Booking forms can be completed at the Information Point at the event.
As a 2024 stallholder, when can I apply to move stands?
We advise all exhibitors to book as early as possible for 2025 when bookings are available (normally early January, unless booking now at the event for 2026) to avoid disappointment. However, you will not be confirmed on your new stands until after the allocation date, 7th July, for International Autojumble. Stand movements are not guaranteed, but the earlier you book the more likely you are to get a preferred stand – stand allocations after 7th July are completed based on the order in which people book.
Evening entertainment
Evening entertainment will be taking place on Friday and Saturday night in the green field catering area – for exhibitors only.
What facilities are available?
Shower facilities will be provided at both Autojumbles in the Exhibitors’ Car Park as in 2024. There will also be a shower unit positioned adjacent to the permanent toilets block in red field, this will only be open outside of public opening times.
Can I have an invoice before purchasing my stand?
No, however VAT receipts and paid-invoices can be provided on request.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
To receive a part refund, exhibitors must notify the Events Office on 01590 614614 as soon as possible if they wish to cancel. Provided the stand/Automart space(s) can be re-let and provided all passes/tickets have been returned, refunds will be made as follows:
30 days + in advance of the Friday of the event - 10% administration fee deducted.
Less than 30 days but more than 7 days in advance - 30% administration fee deducted.
Less than 7 days - No refund will be given.
Who should I make cheques payable to?
Cheques should be made payable to ‘Beaulieu Enterprises Limited’. Cheques cannot be postdated.
Only cash or card payments will be accepted two weeks before the event.
