FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Will the demonstration runs be taking place this year?

The Demonstration Runs will take place at 11.30am, 1pm and 3pm daily. In the event of wet weather, the demonstration runs may be postponed or the format altered.

Will the sound-offs be taking place this year?

Also returning for 2025, a selection of cars will be demonstrating on the arena the tunes of their powerful engines taking place at 4pm each day.

Can we have photographs with the displays

You can photograph any of the displays here at the Supercar Weekend. Many of the cars are roped off and we ask that you please do not enter any roped areas and touch the display cars. Please do not lean on the roped areas. Where cars are not roped, we ask that you kindly do not touch the displays. Some owners will permit photographs with or inside vehicles such as within the Sporting Bears display, please ensure you have checked if the vehicle is one that you can sit in. Please be mindful of bags, jewellery, cameras or other items when near display cars.

I haven’t received an attachment with my email after purchasing my tickets

You will not receive a pdf attachment with your email as your tickets are included in the email sent to you. If you “Download all Pictures” within the email then your will see your unique barcode which will be scanned upon arrival however, if you have any trouble viewing this barcode, then please make a note of your booking reference number which can be used on the day instead.

Can I turn up and pay on the day?

We advise all visitors to pre-book their tickets online before they visit to help speed up any queues. By booking by 2pm on 25th July, you also benefit from our advanced admission rate. Tickets will be available to purchase on the day but we ask that card payments are used where possible. Please ensure you have read and understood our Terms & Conditions for purchasing tickets prior to purchase.

Can I display my Supercar?

You can find details on how to display you Supercar on the Supercar event page. Applications will open in the new year. Spaces are limited so please apply early to avoid disappointment.

Will tickets sell out?

Our Supercar Weekend is due to take place without capacity limits in place, as such tickets should not sell out. Please ensure that you do pre-book your tickets online in advance.

When do your tickets change from advance prices to the standard price?

Our advanced admission tickets are available until 2pm on 25th July. Any tickets bought after this time and on the day will be at the Standard rate prices.

What time can I arrive?

The event is open from 10am, please do not arrive prior to this as there will be no facilities available in the car parks. Visitors must use our main museum entrance off B3056.

Do I need to print my ticket?

All visitors and participants will have their ticket scanned on arrival. This can be printed to speed up arrival or can be shown on a mobile phone or tablet. Please ensure you have downloaded your ticket in advance of arriving at Beaulieu in case of network connection issues on arrival.

Can I use my Friends of the National Motor Museum Pass?

Yes, pass holders can pre-order tickets online through the event page. Please make sure you also bring your membership card with you on the day with your tickets. The usual allowance of tickets applies to NMMT passes.

Can I use my B100 pass?

Where will I be parked?

You may be parked on grass with a short walk to the visitor entrance.

Will I have access to the Beaulieu attraction?

Yes, your ticket includes entry to the Beaulieu attraction as well as the Beaulieu Supercar Weekend event and features.

Can I bring my dog?

Although dogs are very welcome at Beaulieu within the grounds and gardens, we would like to make you aware that the Supercar Weekend is a busy event involving moving demonstrations and loud noises such as for the Supercar Sound-Off. Dogs must be kept under control and on a lead at all times.

Will we be able to buy food and drink onsite?

You will be able to purchase food and drink from outdoor catering units as well as the onsite Brabazon restaurant.

Can we bring our own picnic?

You are very welcome to bring your own picnic to enjoy during your visit. A number of picnic benches will be dotted around for your use, or you can bring a picnic blanket and find a shady spot to relax. We ask that you do not use any form of BBQ and dispose of your rubbish in a bin.

What will happen if the event is cancelled?

If the event cannot go ahead, we will contact all ticket holders to let them know and advise on the next steps we will take with their booking.

Can I fly a drone?

No, the use of unmanned aerial vehicles or drones by visitors for film and photography purposes whilst on the Beaulieu attraction, car parks and other related parkland and grounds is strictly prohibited.
